However, you grant Mousebest a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, adapt, and display that content to operate, improve, promote, and secure the service.

You are responsible for making sure anything you submit is lawful, accurate to the best of your knowledge, and does not infringe another party's rights. If you send feedback or suggestions, we may use them without restriction or compensation.

Affiliate Links, Product Data & External Sites

Mousebest participates in the Amazon Associates program and displays advertising, including Google-powered ads. When you click a product link or view an ad, we may earn a commission or revenue share. Retailers and advertising providers control their own pricing, availability, delivery, returns, and privacy practices. Once you leave Mousebest, the third-party site's own terms and policies apply.

Unless otherwise stated, the Mousebest site design, branding, text, original graphics, data presentation, and software are owned by Mousebest or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. If you have an account, you may delete it through your account settings or by contacting us through the Contact link in the footer or @joeleo on X. Deletion may not immediately remove every item from backups, logs, or records we are required to keep for security, compliance, or dispute resolution purposes.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes will be handled by the courts of England and Wales unless applicable consumer law in your place of residence requires otherwise. We would still prefer to resolve issues informally first where possible.
